Joined through the app, photographed both meters, chose a payment date, done. First bill arrived two weeks later based on real readings and was about £30 under my old supplier. The half-hourly usage graph is oddly addictive.

I called to cancel Autoship after our old boy passed away. The rep refunded the last order, told me to donate the food to a shelter, and a week later a handwritten card and flowers arrived. I've never had a company treat me like that. Customer for life.

I had spent weeks ringing practices and getting voicemail. On Zocdoc I filtered by my plan, saw who actually had evening slots and booked for the Thursday. The intake forms were done before I arrived so the session started on time. For someone who finds phone calls hard, this removed the whole barrier.

Drove 60 miles and it was worth it
Wanted to actually ride a few folding e-bikes before spending £1,300. Dave let me try four out the back with zero pressure and steered me away from the one I'd come in for, which would have been too heavy for my train commute. Collected it a week later fully set up.

Confirmed booking cancelled, refund 'up to 30 days'
Paid in full for a week in Portugal in March. Six days before travel Booking.com cancelled it, blaming a check-in restriction their own site had let me book around. The refund could take a month, so I couldn't afford a replacement. Offered £50 in credit as an apology. Never again.
