3. What is public
Your display name, country, review text, rating, review date and the number of reviews you have written are public and may be indexed by search engines and shown in our widgets. Your e-mail, IP address and device data are never public.
4. Sharing
We share data with: businesses, when you review them (your public review and, if you opted in, a way for them to contact you about it); service providers that host, e-mail and analyse the site for us under contract; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and for 12 months after closure. Published reviews stay until you delete them. Fraud-prevention signals are kept for 24 months. Legal notices are kept for 6 years.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent, by e-mailing [email protected]. You can delete your own reviews from your account at any time. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

9. Children
The service is not for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
Updates are posted here with a new date. Material changes are announced on the site.
