Our mission
Every purchase is a small act of trust. TrustProof was founded in 2026 to make that trust better informed: a single place where real customers share what actually happened, and where companies answer in public.
What makes us different
- Open. You do not need an invitation from a company to review it. Any person with a genuine experience can write about any business, whether or not that business has ever heard of us.
- Free for businesses. Every company can claim its profile, reply to reviews and invite customers at no cost. Paid plans buy tools and time. They never buy a better score or the removal of a review.
- Transparent. How the TrustScore works, how many reviews we remove and why, and what businesses pay for are all published. See Trust & transparency.
How we keep it honest
We use technology and human moderation to protect platform integrity. Automated systems screen every review for signs of fraud, incentives, conflicts of interest and abuse, and a Content Integrity team reviews reports and edge cases. What we do not do is fact-check individual reviews: a review is the reviewer's own opinion, and the business it concerns is free to reply publicly.
How we make money
Businesses can subscribe to TrustProof Business for invitation automation, analytics, widgets and integrations. That is our only revenue. We do not sell reviewer data, we do not accept payment for placement or ranking, and there are no ads on company profiles.
