Needed a site where clients could book and get reminders without me touching anything. Josh built it on WordPress, added an intake form, and talked me through editing pages in a half-hour call. Six months on it hasn't missed a booking. Hosting fee is reasonable for what's included.

Moved my candle business off Etsy. Josh set up the store, migrated products, sorted shipping rules and a simple logo refresh. Answered every daft question quickly. Sales through my own site are now higher than Etsy ever was.

Paid a deposit in January and the first draft didn't arrive until March, with long gaps in communication. When it did come it was fine, but I'd been promised four weeks. One-person agencies are great until they're overloaded. Ended up finishing with someone else.

Happy with the final result and the site loads fast. It took three rounds of tweaks to get the homepage the way I wanted, partly because my brief was vague, to be fair. Maintenance plan has kept everything updated without me thinking about it.

Our old site got hacked and our previous developer had vanished. Josh cleaned it, moved it to his hosting and put security in place within two days. Also fixed a contact form that had apparently been broken for months. Straight-talking and fair on price.
