Auto-renew was on and the card was valid, yet my business domain lapsed and email stopped for two days. Chat sent me help-centre links; email replies took over 48 hours. For a company hosting business-critical domains, having no phone support is unforgivable. Moving everything elsewhere.

The design tools are the best I've used and the mobile preview mostly just works. My only complaint is support: live chat has limited hours and the AI assistant loops you back to articles before you reach a person. When I did get a human they were helpful. Solid product overall.

My plan renewed at a noticeably higher price than last year and the only notice was buried in an email I'd missed. Refund refused because renewals aren't covered. The site builder is fine, but I feel nudged into paying more each year rather than treated as a long-term customer.

Products, inventory, checkout, gift cards and email newsletters all in one place. I switched from a patchwork of plugins and my life is simpler. Transaction fees on the lower plan pushed me to upgrade, but the higher tier pays for itself. Would recommend for small stores.

My domains were moved over from Google without me doing anything, then verification codes went to an old email I no longer own. Three weeks of forms, ID uploads and 'your case is in review' just to update a contact address. Never had this with any other registrar.

For a brochure site it's brilliant and the templates look professional. Once I wanted finer control over fonts, spacing and a members area it got fiddly and the fees add up. It does what it says, just know the ceiling before you commit to an annual plan.

Cancelled a plan I no longer needed and was billed anyway. Not a great start, but after two chat sessions the full amount was refunded within a week. The product itself has been reliable for four years, so I'm keeping my main site with them.
