Standard delivery and the parcel was on my doorstep in two days. Vital Seamless leggings fit exactly like the size guide said and they've survived a dozen washes without going see-through. Easy to track, nicely packaged, no complaints at all.

Courier marked my order delivered but nothing arrived. Gymshark only offers a chatbot and email, no phone number, and each reply came from someone new who hadn't read the thread. Six weeks later I'm still waiting on a refund for £140 of clothing I never received.

Quality of the shorts and t-shirts is honestly excellent for the price, especially on sale. Knocked a star off because sizing between ranges isn't consistent; a medium in one line fits like a small in another. Returns were quick and free though, so it was easy to swap.

Bought a sports bra and matching leggings. Both shrank noticeably despite following the care label, and the seam on the leggings laddered during a squat session. Support asked for photos, then said it was outside their faulty-item window. Disappointing for the money.

The zip on my hoodie broke after a few weeks. Sent a photo through the help centre and a replacement was posted out the next day, no need to return the old one. That's the kind of service that keeps me ordering. Fabric quality is great too.

Clothes themselves are decent and delivery was fast. The return took nearly three weeks to be refunded after tracking showed it delivered to their warehouse, and I had to chase twice. Not a disaster, just slower than other online shops I use.

I've been buying Gymshark for a couple of years and the quality has been consistent for me. Leggings are squat-proof, the seamless range is genuinely comfortable and delivery is always within a few days. Sale prices make it very good value.

Received a different size from the one I ordered. Getting a human to acknowledge it took eight days of automated replies. Eventually got an exchange, but the whole thing felt like shouting into a void. Great clothes, terrible support setup.
