Third pair of Wool Runners and they're still the comfiest shoes I own. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday in a plain recyclable box. I love that I can throw them in the washing machine. Only wish the laces were a touch longer.

Ordered two colours of the same shoe to compare fit, as their site encourages. Tried to return one and the request was denied because of my 'return history'. Nobody told me there was a limit. Support just pasted the terms and conditions. I'm stuck with $130 shoes that don't fit.

My Tree Runners came up half a size big. Started the exchange online, dropped the parcel at a shop and the smaller pair arrived before the old ones had even been scanned in. Docking a star because the soles seem to be wearing a bit faster than my old pair.

Beautiful shoes, but the white sole cracked right at the crease after about ten walks around town. Chat agent was polite but said it counted as normal wear. For this price I expected them to last a season, never mind a year.

A seam came loose on shoes I'd owned for over a year. I emailed expecting nothing and instead got a friendly reply and a gift card towards a new pair within two days. The waterproof Mizzles I bought with it have been perfect through a wet spring.

I've worn Allbirds daily for years. The newest Wool Runner feels narrower at the toe and stiffer than my older pairs, and the inside is no longer wool. Delivery and returns were fine as always, I just miss the old shape.

One pair didn't suit me so I sent it back. Refund landed in my account within three days of dropping it off, which is faster than most retailers manage. The pair I kept is light, smart enough for the office and genuinely comfortable all day.

The shoes are exactly as described and very comfortable from the first wear. The box turned up crushed with no outer packaging, which felt a bit careless for the price. Allbirds sent a replacement box lid when I asked, which was a nice touch.
